Male & Overall Champion - Croftends Kit ET from JE Bellas & Son

The Judge, Jeff Dunn, (Highridge Blues Herd) commented that he had a great day judging the pedigree British Blue calves at the Borderway Agri-Expo and would like to thank the organisers for inviting him to judge. The quality of calves exhibited was excellent throughout and they were all turned out to a very high standard. Both my champion and reserve champion calves had great presence in the ring and were great examples of the breed.  They were full of growth, muscle and had very good mobility and I would be very pleased to have both of these in my herd. I would also like to say thank you to the owners for presenting me with so many great calves and also to congratulate the youngsters for their hard work and enthusiasm in the young handlers class.

Exhibitors travelled the length and breadth of the country to support this event which has grown to be the winter show of choice.
