Primestock Show & Sale

At Borderway Mart, Carlisle on Monday 1st April, The Border British Blue Club held their annual show and sale of primestock in conjunction with Harrison and Hetherington’s weekly primestock sale.
Overall Champion
Judge for the day was regular buyer Mr John Little, who presented the Overall Champion award to the 1st prize heifer consigned by Messrs JS & JO Dodd, West View, Temple Sowerby. Taking the Reserve Champion rosette was the 1st prize young bull from Messrs JG & M Little, Greenhill Farm, Red Dial.
