Boomer Jadore Sells in Private Deal

Boomer Birch and family of Pasturefields Livestock have announced the private sale of an August 2014-born British Blue heifer calf in a significant private deal to Wyn Jones of Tanat Blues, Oswestry, Shropshire, for his 15-cow herd.

Boomer Jadore is by the Belgian-bred Baron Du Bois Bauloye and out of the multi award winning Graymar Electra, herself a descendent of the noted show cow Bringlee Sandy.

Breeder Boomer Birch said: “Jadore has been one of the herd’s stand outs since she was born. Her mix of pedigree includes power, performance, breed character and due to her depth in dam line that extra bit of something to catch the eye.”

Commenting on his purchase, Wyn Jones said:
“Jadore is one of the best British Blue heifer calves I’ve seen recently. She’s a real British type with exceptional plates, correctness and locomotion.”

Jadore joins the Tanat herd where she will likely be shown this summer and then join the breeding programme as a donor female.
